Not much change this week at Fair Ridge. We did have 2 more TH come on the market this week. No sales in the past week but we do have 4 under contract.

The one TH that just came on the market will be under contract quickly. It is priced perfectly for first time home buyers. Contact me if you are interested in this TH , you need a really good agent in these market conditions.

We are still seeing very low inventory and the best homes priced well going very very quickly with multiple offers.
